Participants must meet age, health, and category requirements set per event. You agree to conduct yourself safely, follow marshal instructions, and respect local regulations and the environment.

Registration & Payments

• Registration is confirmed only after successful payment.
• Fees, taxes, and applicable charges are shown at checkout.
• Transfers are allowed only if the event explicitly permits.

Event Changes

We may modify schedules, routes, or formats due to safety, weather, or operational reasons. Significant changes will be communicated via email or website updates.

Assumption of Risk & Liability

Adventure sports carry inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Zabarvan Events will not be liable for injuries or losses except as required by law. Ensure adequate personal insurance.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and media on this site are owned by Zabarvan Events or our partners and may not be used without permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Srinagar, Kashmir.
