Refund & Cancellation

Our policy outlines the conditions for cancellations, refunds, transfers, and postponements.

Cancellations by Participant

  • Written request must be sent from registered email ID.
  • Refunds (if permitted) exclude processing fees and payment gateway charges.
  • Requests close within the timeframe announced per event; late requests will not be processed.

Event Postponement or Cancellation

In case of adverse weather, safety concerns, or operational constraints, events may be postponed, modified, or cancelled. We will announce options which may include transfers to a new date, credit notes, or partial refunds at our discretion.

Transfers & Substitutions

Transfer of entries to another participant or another category is only allowed if published for that event, and may incur an administrative fee.

No-shows

Participants who do not attend on event day without an approved cancellation are not eligible for any refund or credit.
