The domain name zabarvan.in (hereinafter referred to as “the/our Website”, “We” or “Us”) is owned by Zabarvan, a sole proprietorship duly organised and validly existing under the laws of India, having its registered office at Panchsheel Park, New Delhi – 110017 (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”). We understand that you are our most important asset. Therefore, protecting your personal information is our priority. We know that you care how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly. This statement of privacy governs and describes the manner of data collection and usage by us (hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Policy”). By using the Website, you consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Policy which is available at the Privacy Policy Page of the Website. If you object to your information being transferred or used in the manner as described in this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Website.

Purpose of Collection of Information

General: We collect and use your information to operate the Website and deliver the services you have requested for various purposes, including without limitation, marketing, website analytics, providing website functionalities. The information we learn from you allows us to personalize and continually improve the total shopping experience on the Website. This data helps us ensure that we take every measure to ensure that you are safe while using any of our products and services. Withdrawal of Consent: You can withdraw consent for the collection and processing of your information. Upon withdrawal through such notification, absent any legal requirements and authorization in this regard, we shall stop collecting, processing, and storing your data stop within 14 days from the date of receipt such notification.

Erasure of Data: You can request for erasure of data, the collection and processing of which you have previously given the consent for, at any time by notifying the Consent Manger, Mr. Sehan Shetty through email at zabarvan1@gmail.com. Upon the receipt of such notification, absent any legal requirements and authorization in this regard, we shall process the erasure of your information within 14 days from the date of receipt of such notification.

Right to Nominate: You have the right to nominate any other individual who shall, in the event of your death or incapacity, exercise your rights in relation to the collection, processing and storage of your information by us. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the expression incapacity means inability to exercise rights due to unsoundness of mind or infirmity of body. To nominate another individual for the reasons stated above, you may fill the details of the nomination on the Settings Tab of the Website.

Customer Communication.

General: If you do not want to receive e-mail or other mail from us, please adjust your account setting regarding email contact preferences. You cannot waive the applicability of the Terms & Conditions of Use and other legal notices, such as this Privacy Policy, and if you elect to not receive those notices, they will still govern your use of the Website, and it is your responsibility to review them for changes.
Registered Users: We will send one welcome email following registration to all registered users of the Website. We will also periodically send service updates to registered users.
Safety: To ensure that our customers are safe, if there arises a need to contact you regarding your safety while using the product purchased, we will contact you to let you know the safety concern and offer you an option to exchange/refund at no extra cost. To be able to process exchange/refund in case the bill is lost, our exchange period is 30 days from the date of purchase and the warranty is 18 months.

Confidentiality: All communications between you and a participating professional available through the Website are not confidential. For quality assurance purposes, and to seamlessly deliver our services to you, we will have access to your communications with such participating professionals.

Corrective Action: If you believe that the Website has not adhered to this Privacy Policy are if you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us immediately so that we can take corrective actions and provide clarifications to your satisfaction or we will refund the eligible amount of refund in cash or the eligible amount of refund will be credited to your account that is registered with the Website which can be used for any future services on the Website, subject to the terms and conditions therein, and the Terms & Conditions of the Website.

Data Protection Board of India (hereinafter referred to as the “DPBI”): In case the non-performance of obligations, and any other issues escalated to the Company in the manner provided in this Privacy Policy are not resolved within 45 days in accordance with the Grievance Redressal Mechanism provided in the Privacy Policy, you can submit a complaint to the DPBI in the manner in such manner and as may be prescribed by law. However, you are required to exhaust all avenues of redressal provided by us before approaching the DPBI for any complaints.
