We’re obsessed with fueling the rise of mountain sports in India.

It began in 2022: late nights, endless brainstorming, and prototypes tossed aside because “great” wasn’t good enough. In November 2023, Zabarvan launched with gloves and goggles. By June 2024, we were directly funding athletes. Things moved fast.
Then came the wins. Podium finishes. Athletes became ambassadors for the gear they trusted.
Today, Zabarvan is a self-sustaining force. Our gear and sponsorship drive athletes to break limits, inspiring more adventurers along the way.
A revolution is rising in India’s mountain sports scene.

For too long, “international is better” has been the norm in the adventure gear scene. We set out to change that. Built for India’s mountains, Zabarvan’s gear leans on local R&D and expertise while holding its own against the best in the world. It looks good, feels great, and performs even better—all without the sky-high price tags.
Over time, we’ll bring even more of our manufacturing home.

We’re here to do more than just fund and equip mountain sports in India. We’re building a culture where athletes thrive and newcomers fall in love with the outdoors.
That’s why we’re hosting events—competitive and community-driven—where people learn just by being together. Courses for all levels will ensure no one feels like they’re doing this alone.
India has the mountains. It’s time we built the culture to match.

I’ve always loved building things myself. At one point, I wanted to make my own snowboard. What started as a small idea snowballed into something bigger—making high-quality mountain gear accessible for Indians, growing the said community, and creating athletes cut from the toughest cloth.
Zabarvan was never tied to my degrees or past work. It was a complete deviation stemming from pure passion. But sports have been a part of me for as long as I can remember. I’ve always chased the next win. And in 2021, when I completed my first Phase Two snowboard run in Gulmarg, something clicked.
I just knew that I had to build something for the mountains, the snow, and the future of adventure in India.
